OKCMAR is proud to offer a structured support program for brokerages of all sizes. This program offers brokers, small and large, a tiered level of support through products, services, information and networking. Key components of the program include:

For the new broker: 

  • Broker Field Guides on this site
  • Broker in a Box (included as a free product with your Broker Application Fee)- a kit filled with the basic resources for brokerage success
  • NAR pre-packaged sales meetings
For the small broker:
  • Coffee Chat- a quarterly coffee and pastries meeting with other small brokers and the OKCMAR CEO to discuss issues unique to the small brokerage- held throughout the city
  • Email newsletter service- this pay for service assist smaller firms in creation and distribution of email newsletters to their client base customized to each broker. This service launches January 1, 2010 at a cost of $25 monthly
For all brokers:
  • Quarterly Brokers Breakfasts at the board offices with programming specific to broker issues
  • Personal Assistant Training Certificate Program
  • Profit Navigator- a software system designed to assist in brokerage valuation
  • Post licensing courses for provisional sales associates at a below market fee
  • Annual Management Conference
