This module covers the THREE aspects of a qualified buyer; Ready, Willing and Able.  The necessity to have some lending program knowledge and listening during a buyer's interview are crucial skills that will be discussed.

This three hour module will address Landlord/Tenant issues, eviction procedures and the necessity to have an appropriate trust accounts and collection procedures.  We will review the Oklahoma Landlord Tenant Act and find practical application for business integration.  As both a mangement associate and a landlord associate teh materials will caution compliance and prohibited issues.

This course has a charge of $10.00 for OKCMAR Members and $25.00 for Non-Ockmar Members.

During this three hour module we will discuss the importance of knowing the laws that affect our practice.  In this segment we will review some Oklahoma Rules and Regulations and RESPA.  Even a little information in each category can protect your business in a big way.  Material will cite specific references in the laws.  Participants will be given chapter and verse for the information they receive.
