Broker-N-Charge Course 1 of 5; 4/5/2010 10am to 1pm; Rm 302

Are you considering being a sponsoring broker?  If so, it is a huge responsibility and one that you must take seriously.  You will be the one individual responsible for and held accountable for all acts of your associates. You will be the mentor, the one who sets the example.  You will be required to set policies in regard to how real estate transactions are handled within your firm.  You will be responsible and liable for all trust funds collected and ensure they are deposited promptly and are secure.  These are just a few of the issues a sponsoring broker faces on a daily basis.

COURSE COST: $50.00 for entire course.

This is class 1 of 5, April 5th, 2010 from 10am to 1pm; Kristi Randall instructing

Please be sure to bring your own copy of the Oklahoma Real Estate License Code and Rules As of July 11, 2009.

This is a 15 hour required course starting on April 5th, 2010 and will meet on consecutive Monday's through May 3rd, 2010 from 10am to 1pm.  In order to receive full credit one must attend every class.
