Post License - Module 6: Addenda & Other Beasts - 2/9/10 10am to 1pm; Rm 302

There is a $10.00 charge for OKCMAR Members and a $25.00 charge for Non-OKCMAR Members as of January 1, 2010 on ALL classes.

This three hour module will cover the most current forms available for contract completion.  We will discuss the pitfalls of incorrect document preparation as well as how being familiar with each document can greatly increase your ability to "close" the transaction.  Each document will be broken down by paragraph and real life examples will be applied to help associates understand how to effectively communicate what a professional knows that the consumer needs to understand.
