Post License - Module 7:  Fair Doesn't Exist.  Maybe not in sports, but you better make sure it does in your real estate practice.  Knowing how the Fair Housing law affects avery aspect of your business is critical.  We will discuss the beginnings, changes and nuances that regardless of intent can cause irreversible damage to an associate's career, reputation and finances.  This informative 3 hour module challenges us to review even the most innocent of motives.

We will touch on ADA and ECOA as well as the various Civil Rights Acts that have shaped and protected our Nation.  There will be case offerings and real life applications to discuss for application, comprehension and, if necessary, further explanation.
