Helping Recruits & Brokers Navigate the Process!
Joining the association is not something that should be approached as a "have to" but rather as "want and need to" vital first step in a real estate career. As a REALTOR, members are self-employed., By grouping together as an association, individual members have access to a wealth of services, products and information that would be unattainable on their own.
Most importantly, members band together to serve a greater good. REALTORS have made and continue to make a positive impact on society and families through their political voice. It is the REALTORS that have held the gate on the home mortgage interest tax deduction. It is the REALTORS that have worked for FHA reform and the current first time home buyers tax credit. Becoming a part of an organization that self-polices, adheres to a strong code of ethics, works to better communities through political action and homeownership and also offers phenomenal business services, products, information, education and technologies that one could not afford on an individual basis should be considered a source of pride and a low cost- high value business proposition.
