CE: Fair Housing – Are Love Letters That Loving? – In Person
This course is worth 1 hour of REQUIRED FHR CE!
Course #188828 (FHA)
When the market is hot, the buyer wants to make their offer stand out. These letters are legal, (except in Oregon as of recent!) but are they practical?
They have the potential for a Fair Housing violation! Are they worth using? What should the real estate licensee’s role be in the “love letter” process?
