ULI Oklahoma: Incremental Development Webinar
We’re thrilled to reschedule with Infill Group’s Matthew Petty for this virtual look at the concept of Pattern Zoning. In a pattern zone, a city identifies an area for infill development such as a corridor, neighborhood, or a master-planned district and pre-approves a set of buildings to be built on each lot.
ULI Oklahoma is pleased to welcome Alli Quinlan with the Incremental Development Alliance (IncDev) for a seminar on incremental development. On Thursday, May 28, 2020, Ms. Quinlan will take a big picture view of neighborhood-based development to help attendees analyze what makes a good project, how a building makes money, and how small developers interact with the broader ecosystem of professionals in the built environment.
