This workshop walks leaders through the five key areas of focus to take an agent from being a recruit to becoming a raving fan. Broker owners will create and fine tune the following key systems: Agent Attraction Strategy, Invitation Cycle, Agent Onboarding Experienece, Agent Productivity System, and Raving Fans/Retention Plan.
