CE: How to Estimate Buyer and Seller Expenses

This course is worth 2 CON CE hr.

This is a two-hour class on how to estimate buyer and seller expenses in a Residential Real Estate transaction, which is required by Oklahoma State law.

Section one covers the OREC Buyer and Seller Estimate of expenses work sheets and provides a sample of how it is used with the estimates filled in as a sample. There is a Sample buyer expense sheet and a Sample Seller Expense sheet provided and covered.

Section two covers how to use a reliable app to double check for estimate accuracy and covers what modifications are required in the app settings for it to be sufficiently accurate.
