The OKCMAR & MLSOK Election Luncheon is getting a rock & roll remix!
You MUST be REGISTERED to attend!
Join us for one of the most important member events of the year as we gather to conduct annual association business, recognize leadership, celebrate our Leadership Academy graduates, share key updates, and announce the incoming OKCMAR and MLSOK Board election results.
We’ll keep the luncheon program moving from 11:30 AM–12:30 PM, covering the official business of the day while celebrating the people, leaders, and accomplishments that keep OKCMAR and MLSOK moving forward.
But don’t head out after the final gavel.
Immediately following the luncheon, we’re turning up the volume with the Affiliate Tabletop: Battle of the Brands from 1:00–3:00 PM. Our Affiliate partners will take center stage with themed tables, promotional giveaways, raffle prizes, and plenty of opportunities to connect with REALTOR® members.
Think of it as the afterparty to the annual meeting – part networking event, part prize-palooza, and part rock concert energy.

Enjoy lunch while we cover the annual business of the association, including leadership recognition, financial updates, RPAC recognition, Leadership Academy graduation, and the announcement of the OKCMAR and MLSOK election results.
12:30–1:00 PM | Intermission + Affiliate Table Visits
Stretch your legs, visit Affiliate tables, check out giveaways, and start collecting stamps on your All-Access Pass.
1:00–3:00 PM | Encore: Affiliate Tabletop – Battle of the Brands
Stick around as our Affiliate partners step into the spotlight! REALTOR® members will have approximately 25 chances to win raffle prizes from participating Affiliate tables.
Each Affiliate table will serve as a Tour Stop. Visit each Tour Stop, meet our Affiliate partners, enter table raffles, and collect stamps on your All-Access Pass along the way.
Every participating Affiliate table will provide a raffle prize valued at $100 or more, so there will be plenty of reasons to make your way around the room. Think trick-or-treating for REALTORS®, but with business cards, giveaways, and some seriously good prizes.

Costume Contests
Rock & roll looks are highly encouraged!
REALTOR® members and Affiliates are invited to dress in their best rock-inspired outfits for a chance to win costume contest prizes. Whether you’re channeling classic rock, glam rock, country rock, punk, pop star, band manager, roadie, or “I found this leather jacket in the back of my closet,” we want to see it.
Prizes will be awarded for both REALTOR® costumes and Affiliate costumes during the Affiliate Tabletop Afterparty.
Best Decorated Table Contest
Our Affiliate partners will also be competing for Best Decorated Table, so be sure to check out their rock & roll themed table displays and cheer on your favorite setup. Expect concert merch booth energy, backstage lounge vibes, album-cover creativity, and plenty of Battle of the Brands fun.
