This is a one-hour CE class that covers the basic steps from the point of buyer offer to the completion of the transaction.

The subject matter includes counteroffers, inspections, lender underwriting and funding, title company engagement along with the contract timelines that the parties to the contract are committing to. A picture diagram is provided along with buyer and seller checklists to assist with understanding the order of events.

In addition, there is a section on common issues to manage.
