2023 OKCMAR President Carolyn Sims’ DICE theme of diversity, inclusion, collaboration, and empowerment has been displayed proudly throughout the year!

OKCMAR’s DEI program kicked off with a luncheon featuring national DEI expert Risha Grant in January. Due to OKCMAR’s efforts, April was declared Fair Housing Month in OKC by Mayor Holt. The RPAC Subcommittee developed programming themes to host events incorporating the quadrants and demographics of the city.

In the REALTOR® world, four organizations have been leaders in the fight to ensure that underrepresented segments of our communities are empowered and encouraged to become part of our profession and support these communities in becoming homeowners. OKCMAR is proud to support NAHREP, NAREB, The Alliance, and AREAA and look forward to strengthening the partnership!
