She and her husband Craig, owner of Oasis Fine Homes, have two sons: Carter, 6 and Tristen, 5.



Jim Fincher, Manchester Green Homes
Jim graduated in 1990 from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  Five years later, he left engineering to build homes and has never looked back.  Jim attributes his success to his dedication to providing the best and most home for the money, standing behind his product after the sale and always striving to be fair and honest in his business and personal life.  In 2008, Jim further carved out his niche by creating Manchester Green Homes. 

Since then, he has certified 100% of his homes to the National Green Building Standard.  Jim was the first in Oklahoma City to earn the Certified Green Professional designation by the National Association of Home Builders, and has been nationally recognized three years running (2016, 2017, and 2018) by earning the “Green Partners of Excellence” designation from Home Innovations Labs, the certification agency for the National Green Building Standard.

 

Mikael Gravitt, Red Sage Homes
Mikael Started his career in construction way back when, doing cleanup work at homebuilding sites. He was young but eager to learn and eventually worked his way up to a construction manager’s apprentice. From there he began to learn the trade through family members who had found success building and developing commercial and residential projects. He then started working directly with homeowners on warranty work, gaining key experience in some of the most difficult work in the business.



Steve Slater, Mill Creek Lumber
A native Oklahoman, Steve grew up in Newcastle and is a proud alumnus of the University of Oklahoma. He has two grown sons and is impatiently awaiting a first grandchild. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, quail hunting, reading, traveling, as well as OU football.

Steve’s career in the lumber industry started in college as a truck driver. After graduation he worked at 84 Lumber for a short time before moving into inside sales for Boise Cascade. He later moved into a purchasing position, followed by a sales role for several years. Lowe’s Company acquired Boise Cascade in 1985, where he first assumed the role of sales manager, then assistant manager of the Oklahoma City location.

When Lowe’s ceased operations in the market in 1987, Steve went to work for Hope Lumber as General Manager of a new Norman location. He then worked in various management and sales management positions until they merged with ProBuild Companies in 2006. He became VP of operations in Oklahoma City before taking the position of VP of Supply Chain for – first the southwest region – then of major markets for ProBuild in 2010.

Steve came to work for Mill Creek Lumber in spring of 2012 and is currently the market manager for the lumber facilities in Oklahoma City. He also serves on the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association Board of Directors.
