We had planned to make an official announcement about the Free ABR Designation on Friday the 17th, but we casually included the flyer in the education and broker e-blasts in the two days prior. The result? Our members paid attention and spread the word. The class is now at capacity and a waiting list has started!

“One huge focus has been in education. We continue to offer a beefed up class schedule at no additional charge. We even finalized our first ever ABR designation that will be at no additional charge to our membership! ”  2020 OKCMAR President JT Brown said of the Board’s efforts during this time. The 2-day class is valued at $299.

The ABR is a great basic tool for REALTORS®!  It teaches one how to work with buyers with the utmost integrity and ethics working with other agents. The best part of holding the ABR designation is the referral network that comes with it. There are savvy buyers out there today who know to look for an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and I’ve had buyers reach out to me through the ABR website.
