Prioritizing the upkeep of ethics and professionalism as association members and MLSOK users, each OKCMAR & MLSOK Leadership Academy year will include activities to identify leadership strengths, build in-depth knowledge of association and MLS functions, and increase REALTOR® value to the dream of homeownership. In addition, a data and technology themed field trip to the Cotality facility in Dallas is on the agenda!

Each semester, ten professionals will be selected through an application process. The semester shall consist of monthly sessions starting in March and ending in August, along with a community project that may be ongoing throughout the year.
