Listing Transfer Process
To transfer your listings to a new office we require that a Listing Transfer Addendum form be completed for each listing that would be transferred to the new office. I have included a link to the blank version of this form below for use/reference!

Please note that we are only able to transfer listings that are in the Active or Pending status.
If you have a Master Listing agreement, and the seller is the same for all properties on the Master Listing Agreement, this can be sent along with one Listing Transfer Addendum as the seller will be consistent between all forms.
Please fill out the sections for specific listing information with, “See attached Master Listing Agreement,” if this is the case for you.
