Affiliate Tabletop: Battle of the Brands

Ready to put your brand on the main stage?

Affiliate members are invited to purchase a table for the Affiliate Tabletop: Battle of the Brands, held immediately following the OKCMAR & MLSOK Election Luncheon.

This high-energy tabletop event gives Affiliates the opportunity to connect directly with REALTOR® members, showcase promotional items, provide giveaways, participate in themed table décor contest, and have their raffle prize announced during the Affiliate Afterparty.

Each Affiliate table will serve as a Tour Stop for REALTOR® members completing their All-Access Pass for a chance to win grand prizes.

Special Combined-Event Affiliate Table Pricing:

$100 Early Bird Rate through August 1

$150 Regular Rate after August 1

This is a significantly reduced table rate from our traditional Affiliate Tabletop pricing, which is typically $300 plus a $100 raffle prize. Since this year’s event is being combined with the OKCMAR & MLSOK Election Luncheon, we are offering this special low price point to encourage strong Affiliate participation and make it easy for our Affiliate members to get involved.

All participating table vendors must be active OKCMAR Affiliate members. Affiliate membership is $150 per year, prorated quarterly. Affiliate membership dues are separate from the table registration fee.

In addition to the table registration fee, each participating Affiliate is required to provide a raffle prize valued at $100 or more. These table prizes are a huge part of what makes this event so fun and engaging for REALTOR® members — think trick-or-treating for REALTORS®, but with business cards, giveaways, and some seriously good prizes.

With every table offering a raffle opportunity, REALTOR® members are encouraged to visit each Affiliate Tour Stop, connect with your team, and learn more about your business.

As an added benefit, all participating Affiliate vendors will receive a copy of the event attendee list, including available contact information, following the event.

Space is limited, and we anticipate vendor tables will sell out.

Affiliates will have access to begin setting up table décor as early as 7:00 AM. Since the luncheon program will take place in the same room, we ask that all Affiliate tables be fully decorated, stocked, and ready by 11:00 AM so setup does not disrupt the luncheon program. NO Exceptions.

Affiliates are encouraged to bring their best rock & roll energy, decorate their tables for the theme, provide a raffle prize, and dress up for the Affiliate costume contest.

We will also be hosting a Best Decorated Table Contest, so bring your best Battle of the Brands creativity! Whether your table feels like a concert merch booth, a backstage lounge, a classic rock album cover, or a full-on headliner moment, this is your chance to show off your brand and compete for bragging rights.

Battle of the Brands is your chance to get in front of engaged OKCMAR and MLSOK members, have some fun, and show off what makes your company a headliner.
