This math class part II is an advanced math and finance class for professional realtors to learn math theories used by lenders. Participants will develop a more in-depth knowledge of how mortgage rates are determined by lenders and how the stock and mortgage bond markets affect rates as well as advanced loan structuring practices by lenders, to assist when clients make inquiries about various situations related to renting, purchasing or selling a home.
