CE: Code and Rules – Can I Advertise Like That in Oklahoma?

There are two times that you don’t need to advertise: When the market is fast and when it’s slow but when it’s normal you must advertise.  Make sure your advertising doesn’t get you in trouble in Oklahoma.  The internet is full of great ideas but not all of them are allowed in Oklahoma.  In this hour we will look at the guidelines given to us in the Oklahoma Real Estate Licensee Code and Rules.
