This course focuses on contingency contracts and navigating the complex and challenging issues associated with contingency contracts. The class will analyze contract forms for contingency contracts and back-up contracts, including practicing the timeline, notice requirements, and other processes in contingency contracts. We will discuss disclosure requirements for marketing contingency contracts and other common risks and issues with contingency contracts.
