The Fair Housing Act of 1968 makes it illegal to discriminate against any person based upon 7 protected classes: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Disability, Familial Status, and National Origin. This course will take a practical and applicable look at each protected class and how we, as real estate professionals, can implement consistent interactions with all clients in order to bring an end to discrimination in housing practices.
