The Fair Housing Act in some instances allows for discrimination however in NO situation can a Real Estate licensee use discriminatory advertising. So where do licensees find a list of what is allowed and what is forbidden? That’s a good question. In this hour we will discuss the principles that will keep our advertising in total compliance with the law as well as our Code of Ethics.
