This is a brief overview of the 5 major types of home mortgages used to buy houses today; FHA, VA, HUD-184, RD, and Conventional loans.

We will spend about 10 minutes reviewing each type of mortgage and the loan’s features, down payments required, & pertinent facts of each loan. You will also receive a mortgage page of facts to use in your daily work with customers.
