Students will learn how to select the most relevant comparables, apply adjustments with appraisalbased reasoning, and interpret market trends to support pricing strategies. Students will have the skills to conduct data-driven, defensible market analyses that stand up to scrutiny from lenders, appraisers, and clients alike.
