Continuing Education Credit: Professional Standards and Conduct (PSC)

This class will count towards the 2027 NAR Code of Ethics requirement.

This course teaches licensees how to maintain professional standards and reduce risk through professional conduct, communication systems, and transaction documentation practices. Agents will learn how using templates, checklists, transaction management tools, clause libraries, digital signing records, and calendar tracking improves client service consistency, protects consumers, and strengthens legal compliance.Then, students will evaluate real-life case studies from REALTOR® Professional Standards complaints to illustrate how ethical violations arise in daily practice. Licensees will identify applicable Articles of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, discuss compliant responses to common situations, and develop practical habits to prevent ethical missteps related to communication, representation, and advertising conduct.
