CE: The Budget of a Real Estate Practitioner

This course will provide an overview of the financial aspects of running a real estate practice, including income and expenses. Students will develop and implement a budget plan that allows for financial stability and growth. They will learn to monitor and track budget performance, identifying areas of over- or under-spending. This will empower them to make informed decisions about financial matters, such as purchasing property or investing in marketing efforts. This course is designed for real estate professionals and those interested in entering the field.
