This is a two-hour class on issues that concern how to achieve good title in a Real Estate Transaction and the steps toward that end.

This course covers types of ownership, common title defects, aspects of a title insurance policy, settlement statements and closing disclosures, types of deeds and the legal requirements for a valid deed transfer.
