CE: NAR’s Planning and Zoning Resource Certification Course

​NAR’s Planning and Zoning Resource Certificate Course will help you acquire a greater understanding of the visioning, planning, and zoning process to empower you as a citizen and as a real estate professional. You’ll also learn how to effect positive change in your community and gain a competitive advantage for your business by advocating for smart growth principles. Lastly, you’ll gain practical skills and strategies to strengthen your business by helping to create more environmentally sustainable, equitable, and financially resilient communities.

Instructor: Nate Johnson

Nate Johnson has been speaking to groups around the country, large and small, for over a decade. He is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through teaching and training. Nate is a certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® and teaches the Smart Growth for the 21st Century class, which helps REALTORS® gain a better understanding of how to build communities in a sustainable way. Nate is also certified to instruct NAR’s Discovering Commercial Real Estate course, which provides insight for residential practitioners who are considering commercial real estate. He is also a certified REBAC Instructor and teaches the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation course and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation course. Nate also instructs a variety of other courses, including Fair Housing, Code of Ethics, Business Planning, Leadership and more.
