Mission Statement

To empower and support the property management industry by fostering collaboration, promoting best practices, and ensuring accurate management of property data within the MLS. Our goal is to provide management professionals with the resources, tools, and educational opportunities required to promote a high standard of service for the benefit of property owners, tenants, and the community.

Committee Description

The Property Management Committee for MLSOK is a valuable resource for property managers, brokers, realtors, and associated professionals, focusing on strengthening MLSOK’s support for property management activities. The committee is comprised of at least five property management professionals, including property managers, brokers, and realtors, with additional members such as investors and landlords to provide a well-rounded perspective. The committee will focus on the following: Resource Development Collaboration with Property Managers Creation of Forms Data and Reporting Policy and Best Practices This committee will meet quarterly as scheduled by MLSOK staff.
