Mission Statement

To inspire and empower REALTORS® to make a lasting impact through community engagement, charitable initiatives, and housing-related education that uplift and support the people and places we serve.

Committee Description

The Community Development Advocacy Committee serves as a bridge between OKCMAR members and the communities they represent. This committee leads efforts to strengthen community relationships through service, advocacy, and education—showcasing REALTORS® as trusted partners in building stronger, more equitable neighborhoods across the Oklahoma City metro area.

Committee Structure

The committee shall consist of at least four (4) members, including a Chair and Vice Chair, appointed annually. Members should reflect on a diverse mix of experiences, expertise, and geographic representation to ensure a well-rounded approach to community outreach.
