Whether you are a REALTOR® or a home stager, the Accredited Staging Professional® Designation is a valuable investment! According to the 2017 NAR Profile of Home Staging, 77% of buyers’ agents believe that staging makes it easier for buyers to visualize the property as their future home; while 49% say it increases the dollar value offered. More than 60% of sellers’ agents say that staging a home decreases the amount of time a home spends on the market.
Sandy Earnhart, ASPM will be teaching the ASP-RE® Real Estate Agent course at OKCMAR on April 24th from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The cost is $179, with the option of attending the next day’s session incorporating a hands-on staging project for $50. A full year membership in the International Association of Home Staging Professionals– a $150 value – is included.
