In a recent survey it was revealed that approximately 30% of the population would like to own a haunted house. So, you’ve got a haunted house to list and it looks like it could be a profitable sell but what can you say and do?  Everyone knows it is haunted! Right?  There are many other stigmas that will be discussed in this class, but they all come under the same rules.  In Oklahoma there is a Right Way and a Wrong Way to market a psychologically impacted property.  Are we familiar with the rules?
