CE: NAR’s Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES)

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) Designation Course helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills and resources for specialization in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, fostering empathy with clients and customers, and connecting to a network of resources.

To maintain your SRES® Designation, you must keep an active membership with NAR and the Center for REALTOR® Development. The first year of SRES® membership is included with the Designation Course. Annaul dues are $99 each year thereafter.

You may not promote yourself as an SRES® until you are notified via e-mail that you have been awarded the designation.
