CE: Renovation Loans

Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA all have a renovation product. The renovation loans allow the buyer to borrow money for upgrades or repairs with their purchase loan. These products expand the number of possible homes for your buyer. This 1 hour course is designed to familiarize realtors with how renovation loans work and how they can be used to increase the realtor’s business.
