The best leaders are self-aware leaders. As a result, they surround themselves with people who can fill their own gaps and they are effective at tapping into those Geniuses.

This class will allow students to learn how to leverage/regulate their working geniuses, tap into others to fill gaps, appreciate/reward others, and lead meetings.
