This business planning class takes the unique approach of applying your business strengths and tailoring a plan to leverage what you do well.   This is a working class where you will be guided to analyze and complete your own business plan.  Please bring your previous 12 month listing & sales reports.  This is confidential data for you to use privately during the class.  You will receive a detailed business plan template for your customization.  The instructor will motivate you recognize opportunities to enhance your business.  In the second segment, you will analyze sales data, identify business sources, and develop detailed plans with instructor guidance. You will depart with a comprehensive business plan,  income goals, and a marketing strategy.
