Unreported Licensee Policy Acknowledgment

Purpose

The Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and MLSOK require all licensed individuals affiliated with participating brokerages to be properly reported, registered, and compliant with membership and MLS participation requirements.

What This Means

An Unreported Licensee is any individual who:

Holds an active real estate license
Is affiliated with a participating brokerage
Has not been reported to the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and/or MLSOK
Is not enrolled or paying required dues or MLS fees

Broker & Applicant Responsibility

By submitting this application, you acknowledge:

All licensed individuals affiliated with your brokerage must be reported

The Designated REALTOR® (Broker) is responsible for:
Reporting all licensees within required timeframes
Ensuring proper membership and MLS enrollment (if applicable)
Payment of all applicable dues and fees

Compliance Requirements

New licensees must be reported within 5 business days of affiliation
Transfers and terminations must be reported promptly
The Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and MLSOK may audit brokerage records to ensure compliance

Enforcement

Failure to report licensees may result in:

Retroactive dues and MLS fees
Late fees and fines
Suspension of MLS access
Additional disciplinary action

Financial Responsibility

The Designated REALTOR® (Broker) is responsible for all:

Dues and fees (including retroactive charges)
Fines or penalties related to non-reporting
