A Collaboration with Tulsa's MLS Technology
MLSOK and MLS Technology, Inc. will soon be sharing access to listing data through CoreLogic’s IntraMatrix. The feature will allow brokers and agents of both MLSs to access and search each other’s listings, broadening their reach to 99% of Oklahoma’s listing data.
$0. This collaboration between MLSOK and MLS Technology will provide our collective membership access through Matrix 360 systems at no additional cost.
One – Tulsa’s MLS Technology
There will be listings from all counties of the state of Oklahoma, but 98% will be in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa Metro area.
IntraMatrix will allow you view only access, which disables the Add/Edit functionality.
Offers of compensation made through each MLS will be extended to Participants in the other MLS.
No, IntraMatrix is a feature that allows users from one MLS system to access another. The database continues to be owned and operated by each individual MLS.
OKCMAR and other surrounding boards are moving to SentriLock. We will be moving away from Supra in the third quarter of 2023 when the current contract expires. We will have more information soon. Please read below to find out more.

All OKCMAR Supra purchases as of May 4 will be $140 to ensure that in the event of a one for one exchange, the new SentriLock lockbox is in accord with your Supra purchase price.
Current lockbox inventory is refurbished; and this price covers the replacement for a new SentriLock lockbox
The following is tentative and subject to change:
• OKCMAR is working to ensure a one for one exchange of active existing Supra boxes registered through OKCMAR by primary OKCMAR members only.
• All new SentriLock lockbox purchases made outside of this count will be made for purchase at a date and price TBD.
• If a one for one exchange occurs, this means the lockbox is OWNED by you and not by OKCMAR
• Box quantity will be pulled based on active lockbox count on a date to be determined soon.
• OKCMAR Staff will work with brokers on preferred box distribution.
