CE: Lease and Property Management Rules in Oklahoma

By the end of this course, licensees will be able to identify the statutorily required components of residential leases under the Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, distinguish between the regulatory duties of a licensed property manager and a leasing agent, understand required cost estimates and disclosures under OREC rules for both residential and commercial clients and apply relevant NAR Code of Ethics articles and OREC compliance standards to leasing practices.
