CE: Seller’s Representative Specialist (Two-Day Class)

This class is worth 15 hrs of Elective CE

The foundation of the SRS course covers the core competencies of seller representation according to office policies, license law, and the Code of Ethics. Students will gain a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help them represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace. The course covers the key components of the transaction, from listing to close. In addition, students will learn how to demonstrate their value, secure loyalty and written commitment, neutralize concerns, and establish realistic expectations.
