CE: Signed, Sealed, and Stolen: Deed Fraud and Title Theft

This class will focus on the statutory definition of deed theft, common deed fraud schemes, new legislative changes affecting deed fraud, rights and remedies available to property owners, and requirements and policies for licensees and brokerages.
