Approve all NAR mandatory 2018 Bylaws changes

• To approve all NAR mandatory Bylaws changes, and to comply with NAR 2017 Model Bylaws Mandatory changes throughout Bylaws.

Board of Directors – clarifications etc.

• Article XI – Section 1. To ensure annual presentation of financials to membership.  (page 18)
• Article XII – Section 1a – To ensure good working relationships and knowledge between the Boards. (page 20)
• Article XII – Section 2 – To create a fair balance of represented firms on the Board, and to create a fair system of removing a director, if such situation should arise. (page 20)
• Article XIV – Section 3 – To require increased attendance. (page 22)
• Article XIV – Section 5 – This Article only pertains to the meetings of the Board of Directors. (page 22)
• Article XV – Section 1a – To clarify confusion as to which Board members can vote for ensuing years Officers. (page 22 & 23)
• Article XV – Section 1a – This should say “nominate.” Election occurs in subsection (b) below.  (page 22)
• Article XV – Section 1a – To add the experience requirement for President-Elect role. (page 23)
• Article XV – Section 1d – Insert “by”.. (page 23)
• Article XV – Section 1d – Must be physically present to discuss and vote for Officer election (page 23)
• Article XV – Section 2 – To add another NAR recognized term for the role. (page 23)
• Article XVIII – Section 1 – To ensure that President cannot influence Awards recipients or ensuing years Board slate. (page 24)
• Article XVIII – Section 4 – Absence for any reason. (page 24)

Committees – changes & membership

• Article XIX – Section 1a. To add more diversity to the committee composition. (page 25)
• Article XIX – Section 1e. OAR have eliminated their Grievance Committee.  OAR process all of our Professional Standards cases.  We retain our Professional Standards committee and train them to assist with these cases. (page 26)
• Article XIX – Section 1j. The OKCMAR President should be included on the OKCMAR Finance committee. (page 26)
• Article V – Section 2a. To remove written examination requirement for membership.  (page 5)
• Article VIII – Section 3c – Remove duplicated paragraph. (page 14)
• Article X – Section 2d – Removing superfluous language. (page 17)

Article XX – Rules of Order
