Homeownership is one of the most coveted goals in the US. However, the dream comes with some challenges and daunting problems. This program is designed to answer important questions and provide advice that will help you become a homeowner or continue your journey as a homeowner.

8:30 am Registration Opens
9 am Welcome and Program Overview
9:30 to Noon Breakout Sessions (will rotate every 50 minutes)
Purchasing My Home: Learn the steps you need to take to become a homeowner, as well as the services and programs available to help you.
Maintaining My Home: Discover services and programs available to help you maintain your home. This session covers homeowners’ insurance, major home repairs and home enhancements, including tornado shelters.
Future Planning for My Home: Why is a will necessary and what should be in mine? How do I probate? What is a deed? Get clarification to your home-related legal matters.
Noon to 1pm Lunch and Featured Speaker
There will be an area for attendees to connect with vendors and agencies about services and products that are helpful to homeowners.
