Marketing in the age of the internet has changed but Realtors still feel a need to do special things, give gifts, or sponsor events to attract business. With every transaction the Real Estate professional feels a need to give a gift of appreciation but what does the Code say is acceptable? Incentives are a great thing but only when given in a legal manner. In this hour we will strive to understand what an incentive is, what the rules on incentives are and why they exist.
