Real Estate is a business full of risk!  While there is no way to remove the risk there is a way to manage them so that we don’t find ourselves in irreparable situations.  During this class hour we will strive to identify the common risk a licensee confronts on a regular basis.  We will discover and discuss how to Avoid, Control, or Transfer legally the risk that we encounter.
