Shall establish the support to the board of directors in fulfilling its duties to appoint the best-qualified candidates for the board of directors.

Committee Description

Article VIII. Section 1.5. This committee shall be composed of five (5) Participants of the Corporation appointed by the President of the Corporation each year as more particularly set forth in Article V, Section 3.1.
