The Bylaws and Policies & Procedures Committee shall be comprised of no less than 9 Members of which 3 must be Directors of the OKCMAR Board. Shall review the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures of the Association and shall make changes deemed necessary and present to the Board of Directors for approval.Shall ensure compliance with, and receipt of, organizational standards certification by NAR, and shall present the letter of certification to the Board of Directors.
