Deceit sounds harsh, maybe disappointment is a more appropriate term.

MLSOK offers various pool types.  Imagine being a client intrigued by a pool on a prospective property, only to find out it is actually a community pool.

Don’t be an accidental tease.  Be sure to choose the appropriate pool type!

Update:  Since this article was first published, Community Pool has been removed from the home pool type field.  It continues to be listed under Association Fee amenities.
