OKCMAR is a member-driven organization that values committee input for ideas, products, and services programming. There are several opportunities for you to be involved. Serving on a committee not only enhances your experience with the organization; it is a great way to network with fellow REALTORS®!

2026 OKCMAR committee sign-ups are now closed.
Check back in the fall of 2026 for 2027 committee sign-ups.

Mandatory Committee Orientation will be held
Monday, December 19 – 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• 1 year term: January 1  –  December 31
• Meetings are scheduled at the beginning of the year for the entire term

Unless there are reasons for confidentiality, all committee meetings are open for any member to attend as a non-voting guest (attendance must be approved before the meeting)

If you would like to join a special committee, you may do so by attending at least three meetings.

Standing committees are perpetual, are not renewed each year, and do not serve at the pleasure of the President.  No standing committee shall have more than thirteen (13) committee members. If a committee member misses three (3) regularly scheduled committee meetings in a calendar year from when she or he is eligible to vote, the committee member is presumed to have resigned from the committee.

OKCMAR Special Committees are all committees that are not standing committees. All OKCMAR members may serve on all Special Committees unless restricted for good reason. All OKCMAR members may sign up to join a special committee at any time. If a member attends three regularly scheduled committee meetings in a row, that member is deemed to be a voting member. Only eligible voting members are considered to constitute a quorum. If a committee member misses three (3) regularly scheduled committee meetings in a calendar year from when she or he is eligible to vote, the committee member is presumed to have resigned from the committee.
